Please note that all SKOERT PRODUCTS returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Guarantee Policy: Products are covered by a standard 6 month manufacturing guarantee unless specified otherwise in the product description.
• With the return of the defective product, the original proof of purchase must be provided.
• All accessories that come with the product should be returned.
• Any item received with the product purchased must be returned, i.e. the manual, USB cable, etc.
• All products must be returned in its original packaging.
• SKOERT PRODUCTS reserves the right to refer products to the head office for assessment when an instore decision regarding defects cannot be taken.
