“I ordered through Take a Lot and received my set of three Skoert Vlieg fly repellents. I started to charge them and noticed that the one unit the red light indicating that it is charging does not even come on. I was in dismay about this failure. With Take a Lot’s return policy I decided to contact the Company directly and sent an e-mail to the given e-mail address.

I anticipated in waiting for a reply but received one very quickly apologising for the faulty one and wanted my delivery address as they would courier another unit to me asap no questions asked or even wanting the damaged unit returned. Now that is service delivery of an extremely high standard that I received”

I bought 3 of these and they work really well, a must have during summer when there are a lot of flies around. In addition to products that work well, Elizabeth provides after sales service with high level of integrity
