I received the 2 units I ordered with 2 business days. There was a small problem with one and I supplied a video of the problem which I reported to them. They responded within 10 minutes and replaced it free of charge without hesitation. That is the best service that I have ever experienced. Absolutely recommend Skoert without any hesitation.

I have purchased 3 of these devices and they work really well – they are catch quite a lot of mosquitoes, gnats, and other flying insects during the night. Being bitten by mosquitoes is now quite rare when I have these switched on in the evening.
They work so well that I have ordered another 2 as gifts
